This is the 4th solo release from Stevie Rachelle, but this CD is all cover songs as recorded over the years in various projects I have been involved with.
Also, included is “Summer Of ‘89” a re-imagined version of Bryan Adams hit song “Summer Of ‘69”.
The new “Summer Of ‘89” track was recorded in April 2024, and there are 2 different mixes of the song on this “Covers” CD… the lead track and radio edit, and the closing track is the “Sunset Strip” extended mix.
"Summer Of '89" was Produced by Matt Thorne and Stevie Rachelle.
The other tracks are all re-mastered versions of songs that previously appeared on the following: SHAMELESS records "Backstreet Anthems in 1999, "Beautiful Disaster" in 2013 and "So Good... You Should" in 2022. Along with songs that appeared on my previous (Stevie Rachelle) solo records from "Who The Hell Am I?" in 1998, "Since Sixty-Six" in 2000 and "Best Stuff" from 2019.
Lastly, there is the cover of “Danger Zone” taken from the 2017 release by the Brazilian band TALES FROM THE PORN that features me singing all lead vocals.
